The Eden Shores Homeowners Association (HOA) board of directors has prepared a draft of a set of Election & Voting Rules to comply with newly adopted provisions of the California Civil Code, specifically Sections 5100 through 5145 thereof, and any successor statutes thereto, as well as the association Governing Documents.
The new HOA Election & Voting Rules may not be amended less than ninety (90) days prior to any HOA election. In addition, where there are conflicts between the HOA Election & Voting Rules and the HOA’s By-Laws or CC&Rs, the provisions of the HOA Election & Voting Rules shall be controlling and binding.
