Construction begins on Eden Shores Neighborhood Retail Center at Hesperian and Eden Shores Blvd.

Construction on a Commercial Retail Center in the block surrounded by Hesperian Blvd., Eden Shores Blvd. and Marina Drive (next to Costco) by developer SteelWave (formerly Legacy Partners Commercial LLC) has begun in earnest. Following are three images of the buildings that will be built as well as a site location map.

The plans for the retail center had been reviewed and commented on by the public, the Eden Shores Homeowners Association, and other neighboring property owners, residents, and businesses.
