Make a Reservation to use the HOA Clubhouse

1. Contact HOA Manager for available dates, 2. Pick an available date, 3. Complete and send in the Reservation Form.

HOW TO RENT THE CLUBHOUSE

1. Contact the HOA Manager for available dates.

2. Complete the Clubhouse APPLICATION/RESERVATION form.

3. Mail the duly completed Application/Reservation form, together with the required payment and cleaning deposit checks to your HOA Manager at the address specified in the form.

4. Send an email to the current Clubhouse Manager informing that you have mailed in your rental application form; you may attach a copy of your rental application form to your email. Alternatively, you may contact the HOA Manager for the pupose.

5. Make sure to contact the Clubhouse Manager at least one week prior to your event to arrange for accessing the clubhouse on the day of your event.

CLUBHOUSE AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE EVENTS

The Eden Shores clubhouse includes a dining and meeting room area, and a kitchen and food preparation area with a refrigerator. It is also equipped with projection equipment and a sound system.

Eden Shores HOA homeowners/residents are entitled to use the HOA Clubhouse for their private events. To use the clubhouse, a homeowner/resident must complete the rental APPLICATION/RESERVATION form and comply with all RULES for using the clubhouse. Before completing the form, make sure to check with the HOA Manager for dates the clubhouse is available.
