HOW TO RENT THE CLUBHOUSE
1. Contact the HOA Manager for available dates.
2. Complete the Clubhouse APPLICATION/RESERVATION form.
3. Mail the duly completed Application/Reservation form, together with the required payment and cleaning deposit checks to your HOA Manager at the address specified in the form.
4. Send an email to the current Clubhouse Manager informing that you have mailed in your rental application form; you may attach a copy of your rental application form to your email. Alternatively, you may contact the HOA Manager for the pupose.
5. Make sure to contact the Clubhouse Manager at least one week prior to your event to arrange for accessing the clubhouse on the day of your event.
