HOA Meetings

HOA Board of Directors and General Membership Meetings

Unless specifically stated, all Eden Shores Homeowners Association meetings are scheduled to start at 7:00 PM and are held at the association clubhouse at 2723 Breaker Lane. Meetings usually last two hours.

Homeowners are encouraged to attend all scheduled meetings of the Board of Directors.

A General Membership and Election meeting is held once a year in the month of May (usually scheduled for the third Wednesday).

Board of Directors meetings are scheduled every three months (four times a year) - in the months of February, May, August, and November - usually on the third Wednesday of the month.

HOA MEETINGS SCHEDULE:

Contact HOA Manager for a schedule of HOA board and general membership meetings, or for past meetings information, including meeting Agendas and Minutes.

Notices of HOA Board meetings will be posted on the HOA Clubhouse Bulletin Board.

NOTE:

Special Board Meetings may occasionally be scheduled. Notice of a special meeting will be posted on the Clubhouse bulletin board at least four days prior to the meeting date.
