FACILITIES

The Eden Shores Community facilities include a clubhouse, a swimming pool, a basketball court, a private park (with picnic grounds and children’s play area), and parking lot.
The Eden Shores Homeowners Association cares for these facilities and maintains them so that they are available for the use and enjoyment of all residents.

The streets in The Eden Shores Community as well as the street lamps along them are the responsibility of the Department of Public Works, City of Hayward.
Lamp posts and lamps located along the clubhouse building, swimming pool, clubhouse parking lot, and private park areas are the responsibility of The Eden Shores Homeowners Association.

Part of the private park area is a well-maintained children’s play facility.

PICNIC AREA
|
|
Adjacent to the basketball court, the children’s play facility, and along the private park area are picnic tables. A barbecue pit is also found in the private park, along with trash receptacles.

CLUBHOUSE
|
|
The Eden Shores clubhouse includes a dining and meeting room area, and a kitchen and food preparation area with a refrigerator. It is also equipped with projection equipment and a sound system.

The HOA Clubhouse and Parking Lot

PARKING LOT
|
|
The parking lot that adjoins the clubhouse, swimming pool, private park, and basketball court, is for the use of residents and their guests who make use of the clubhouse, pool, basketball court, or park.

SWIMMING POOL
|
|
The swimming pool includes bathrooms and pool-side tables and chairs. Use of the pool does not include use of the adjacent clubhouse or clubhouse facilities.

|
The private park - which is next to the clubhouse, swimming pool, and basketball court - is equipped with benches, tables, and other amenities including play facilities for children.

BASKETBALL COURT
|
|
The basketball court - full-length, tournament-sized - adjoins the swimming pool and private park. The court is fenced in and requires a key to access.
